There are a mix of tasks that have completed over, under, and on budget.  The forecasts for Tasks C and G are overbudget, perhaps significantly so.  Beyond that, any conclusions we attempt to draw are dependent on our knowledge and assumptions about pending change orders and the degree to which we can trust the status information we have received - except for one.  Do you see the land mine in Tasks G and H?  The scheduler has neglected to update the schedule for these activities to the current data date.  Unless something is done, and done now, this path will become critical and cause delays to the entire project.  In fact, it's probably critical already; the schedule just hasn't been properly updated to show it that way.
